West View resident since 1982

Born in Pittsburgh and grew up in Ross Township.

Graduated from North Hills High School in 1970

Graduated from the Child Care Program at Community College of Allegheny County, North Side Campus.

Associate Degree from A. C. Community College

Co-owner and operator with my wife, Diane, of Barr Child Day Care in West View for 17 years.

Currently employed as a Direct Care Provider for mentally challenged adults for the past twelve years.

Member and former Council President of St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Have been a candidate for West View Borough Council every election year since 1993.

Married to my wife, Diane, for 35 years.

Resident of Ross Township for 25 years and currently a resident of West View for 24 years

Pa. Constitution Party Southwest Regional Chairman.
