2020 Nomination Papers
You may download and print off the Nomination Paper form by clicking on the links below, but please follow these rules very carefully:
1. Print only as full size, on 8 ½ by 14 inch paper. Do NOT shrink to anything smaller than that official size.
2. Print as a double sided sheet, front and back with side 1 and side 2. Do NOT stable or tape the two sheets together. They must be printed front and back on the same sheet of paper.
3. Print the official instruction sheet as well and read it carefully before getting signatures. Collect signatures only in strict accordance with the instruction sheet.
Please remember that failure to follow these instructions to the letter will likely result in your hard work of collecting signatures being for naught and your petitions being disqualified. It couldn't be more disappointing than to go through the hard work of collecting signatures only to have them disallowed because of not following the instructions. Please make every signature count. Thank you.
